All appointments require a 25% non-refundable booking fee to secure your booking.
If you need to cancel, reschedule, or reduce your appointment, you must provide a minimum of 48 hours notice. Changes made within 48 hours will result in the booking fee being forfeited.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service, and service prices will not be reduced, as this is considered part off the cancellation policy.
